RdbHost now accepts JSON request bodies

Just recently, I've become aware that JSON is commonly used as a request format for http requests.

Writing our Angular adapter was more difficult than it might have been, as Angular expected the server to accept JSON requests, and Rdbhost did not do so.

Now, it does.

The expected format of the JSON object is very similar to the JavaScript library options object. It expects the format, q, mode, authcode, repeat, args and namedParams elements to be top-level attributes of the object. The JSON body must be one object.

For most users, this change has no significant effect, as our libraries handle the low level request formatting for you, and the library API has not changed.
