The free quota limits on Rdbhost accounts have been increased.
The bandwidth quota has been increased from 10 Mb per hour to 20 Mb per hour, and the disk space quota has been increased from 20 Mb to 50 Mb. These are the thresholds at which fee collection begins.
If the account has a funding balance when the quota overage occurs, funds are debited to cover the usage over the quota. If no funds are on account, service is denied until the quotas reset at the top of the hour.
Also, we have added a no-quota introductory period. For the first two weeks of any account, the quota limits are ignored. This lets new accounts upload existing databases without dealing with outages.
